Since 1976, Tim Anderson has worked in the real estate industry. He has established himself as one of the top agents due to the passion he has in his work for other people. Tim takes time to learn about the clients he works with to better understand their needs while also teaching them about the real estate business and how to easily purchase a home. Tim’s core beliefs are that the honesty and attention of every client and their needs is the path to success as he consistently provides homebuyers and sellers with the best representation achievable to both new homebuyers and new construction.

Before going into the real estate industry, Tim worked in Savings and Loans to garner experience in the finances real estate and contract closings.  He has used this experience to lend his talents to clients to present a great perspective into purchasing homes as well as finances and closing costs.

An agent of 32 years Tim is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, E-Pro certified, an SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. Going into real estate from being a mortgage officer he had the desire to work full time as a professional Realtor to help others achieve their dream homes. “The best part about being a professional Realtor,” Tim says, “is seeing the happiness in the faces of people when they see their dream home.”

In love with the wonderful Prescott, Arizona mountains, Tim Anderson calls the Prescott area home. The small town atmosphere adds to his love of the area as well as the amazing climate. Tim’s favorite quote, “Prescott… Everybody’s Hometown”, was also voted as one of the top five places to live and retire.
